SEN Resources

Here you will find a collection of resources specifically aimed at children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This section includes emotion posters, also suitable for PSED lessons, and wall displays showing typical letter confusions, as well as lots of other useful teaching aids to help children with behaviour, communication or speech and language problems. Our visual timetable is a particular popular resource. These resources may also be useful for teaching English as a second language (ESL).

If you can’t find what you’re looking for or if you have an idea for a particular SEN resource then please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.

ELHQ is definitely my first stop for teaching resources for my KS1 class, as they have such a varied choice and the quality of their pictures is always amazing!

This site provides brilliant EYFS resources that I regularly use in my early years setting. All the material is bright and colourful and is great to use as part of displays. My class especially like the Elmer the Elephant section!

I love all the KS1 teaching resources from ELHQ and use them all the time at school (and at home!). The role-play section is a particular favourite, especially all the pirate related stuff.
