About This Primary Resource

A meticulous Medium Term Plan on the topic of superheroes. It uses the painting 'Saint George and the Dragon' by Paolo Uccello as its starting point (as part of the National Gallery's Take One Picture Scheme).

This MTP has a particular focus on Mathematics. It was created by Kerry Moody, an experienced EYFS teacher and manager in a school graded as outstanding by OFSTED.

As well as creating several other superhero MTPs focusing on the other areas of the curriculum, Kerry has also created several fantastic superhero Short Term Plans. You will find these alongside the other MTPs in the Superhero Planning section of our website.

As an NQT this site has been a lifesaver. The resources have saved me loads of time and the forest school activities have been particularly useful. Thanks!

The bright colours and clear images are brilliant for my SEN pupils. For a lot of the children routines are really important, so the visual timetable in particular has been a big hit.

I am new to EYFS and all the planning documents on this site have been really helpful, especially all the templates.
