About This Primary Resource

An extensive set of ‘button’ cards featuring all the suggested words in Phase 5 of the Letters and Sounds Programme. Each word is on an individual card and underneath the number of letter sounds is shown by the number of buttons present i.e. 3 buttons for ‘Pat’ and 3 buttons for ‘Hiss’ (because ‘ss’ is a single sound).

    The sound button cards look brilliant. I’m teaching ESL to young learners and I believe that these will help the children to blend words together.
