This is a really useful for to give to parents to fill out prior to their child starting a new school / nursery. It's a great way of collecting information such as the child's favourite food, book, tv show, colour as well as some basic info about their family. This info will be really useful when helping them settle and be happy in their new environment. All of the text is editable so you can change it to suit your needs / translate into a different language.
