Daily Activity Cards

About This Primary Resource

This is a Word document featuring 86 cards depicting various classroom activities. These cards could be used on a task board to designate tasks to individuals or groups of children or to highlight a schedule of activities. The activities depicted make them ideal use in Reception and Key Stage 1. You may also find many of them useful for Key Stage 2.

The cards have editable text boxes enabling you to alter the titles of each activity to suit your needs. You could also translate them into a different language. The file is rather large and the pictures may take a few seconds to load once opened in Word. We have tried to include as many activities as possible, just print out the ones that are relevant to your setting. If you can think of anything we have missed out then please let us know. You could also try looking at our newly updated Visual Timetable, as well as our Visual Timetable for Home and our Outdoor Play Activity Cards. These are all designed to the same dimensions / format so could be used to supplement this resource.

The bright colours and clear images are brilliant for my SEN pupils. For a lot of the children routines are really important, so the visual timetable in particular has been a big hit.

All of the story resources have been put to good use in our library corner, especially during World Book Day. Keep up the good work!

As an NQT this site has been a lifesaver. The resources have saved me loads of time and the forest school activities have been particularly useful. Thanks!
