Superhero Incident Form
About This Primary Resource
A superhero 'incident form' ideal for superhero role-play at home or in your school or early years setting. The form asks children to record the date, time and location of the incident as well as the superhero needed to resolve the situation. It's a great way of building literacy skills around a popular topic.
