Pirate Colour Sequencing Game
About This Primary Resource
A fun pirate themed sequencing game that can be played with multiple players across a variety of age groups. In fact it's the sort of game that could be played as a family or with players of different ages. The aim of the game is to match the colour sequence depicted on the card at the top of the deck. As well as the print outs from this resource you will also need some some wooden blocks, lego or duplo that match the colours on the cards.
You will need enough blocks to give each player their own set.
The player must look at the card at the top of the deck and put their blocks in the same colour order. In doing this they must take into account the direction of the arrow on the card. If it's pointing upwards then they have to stack their blocks on top of each other. If it's pointing sideways then they have to line their blocks up next to each other. instructions are included in the download. It's a great game for practicing sequencing and matching.
