About This Primary Resource

A very useful document that can be used to record significant learning. Suitable for recording a group observation or a long observation. It is ideal to include in a child’s learning journey. It should be used alongside our ‘What Next’ document (which can be found in our observation and assessment section) to record next steps. We also have a short observation document with 6 templates to a page.

    This is a great observation format- particularly like the reference to the Leuven scale.

    I am looking to change planning to objective based. Would like ideas as to what that looks like when planning.
