Yesterday I uploaded a couple of new music resources to the site that were kindly given to me by Andrew and Angela Skullin of Lucky Bucket Productions. Lucky Bucket produce original musicals designed to encourage young people to enjoy performing arts in a positive and creative way. They are made for large casts of all ages and abilities.

The resources on our site feature a selection of songs taken from some of their musicals. They include both the lyrics and sheet music, however if you would like an mp3 of the backing track then just let them know via their website. The songs are unique and fun and I’m sure they would prove very popular in early years settings so please take a look and try them out.I’ve put them in to the songs and stories section of the site. This section is under development, we hope that it will eventually include a number of intersting audio books and music videos but it might be a while before we achieve this!

If you would like to put on one of Lucky Bucket’s productions at your school, nursery, children’s centre etc then you can purchase a director’s pack consisting of scripts, score rehearsal and performance CDs from their website at a very reasonable price.

Andrew and Angela have also agreed to write a few articles over the next few months for the blog sharing some insights in to their work, so please keep checking back to see what they have to say.
