What information we collect and why

    Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address, this means we can add you to our mailing list and send relevant emails to you. From time to time the newsletter will also include marketing material i.e. promoting a discount on school supplies from a third party. We will only include marketing that we feel is relevant to the teaching sector.

The frequency of these emails varies, however you can be removed from our mailing list at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of one of the emails.

   Contact form and comment form

We collect your name and email address when you contact Early Learning HQ via the contact form or leave a comment on the website. This data by us for 6 months in case you get in touch again and we need to refer to a previous conversation.

   ELHQ Premium

If you sign up for an ELHQ Premium membership we will collect your first name, last names and email address.

If you pay by credit/debit card then your details (the cardholder’s name, card number, card expiry date and CVC code) are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. We do not hold any of your card information. Please see the Stripe privacy policy for details of how they process your data.

If you pay by PayPal then you data will be processed directly through the PayPal gateway, please see the PayPal privacy policy for details of how they process your data.

We collect this information in order to provide the services requested and to be able to contact you to support your use of the service.

To unsubscribe from any Skyward Design Studio Ltd marketing, please email [email protected] using the word  ‘unsubscribe’ as the subject and stating your name in the message body.

    Where we store you data

We store data on our website server and in our back-up. Some data is also stored in the mail servers. If you would like a detailed breakdown of where your data is being stored, please get in touch – [email protected]

However, we may contact you about products and services (some of which may be provided by third parties) that we feel may be of interest to you. Our newsletter will mostly contain information about new teaching resources, site updates and general information relating to early years education. We may from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with certain processes necessary for the operation of the Website i.e. to carry out updates. The providers of such services have access to certain personal Data provided by Users of this Website.
