Heather Stack

Heather established Learning Services (SEN) Ltd in January 2001 after a decade of working in Local Authority support services. The service has developed from its early days of providing annual service agreements to local schools on behalf of children and young people with special educational needs to working with national organizations and providers within the public, private and third sector. Heather is invited to speak regularly at national conferences on a range of SEN themes, most recently on the Dept for Education’s SEN Green Paper and local strategic planning and commissioning arrangements.
