5 Little Monkeys – Visual Aids / Stick Puppets

5 Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed

About This Primary Resource

A set of visual aids / stick puppets featuring images relevant to the ‘5 little monkeys’ early years number rhyme. It’s a really fun song that young children always seem to find engaging. It’s also fantastic for promoting basic numerical skills.

This resource is ideal to use to bring the song to life in your school or early years setting.

. The images could be cut out with their borders and used as flash cards or you could cut around them and attach to a stick and use as stick puppets.

Also includes an illustrated A4 poster featuring the words of the song.

The bright colours and clear images are brilliant for my SEN pupils. For a lot of the children routines are really important, so the visual timetable in particular has been a big hit.
